A native of Michigan, Dr. Hettle joined OrthoMichigan in 1995 as the practice’s only physiatrist, specializing in rehabilitation and electrodiagnostic medicine.

Dr. Srivastava completed a research fellowship in adult reconstruction in San Diego and Orthopedic surgery residency at McLaren Flint. He has a special interest in anterior hip replacement, partial and total knee replacement.

Dr. Tarakji specializes in hand and upper extremity injuries and recently completed his orthopedic fellowship in hand and wrist surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Before joining OrthoMichigan in 2007, Dr. McClimans II practiced as an orthopedic surgeon for several years with offices in Lapeer and Cass City. Today he serves as the Section Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at McLaren Lapeer Regional Hospital and participates in several hospital committees.

Dr. Ostrander joined OrthoMichigan full time in 2018. He completed an orthopedic residency at Mclaren Flint in 2017. Dr. Ostrander is OrthoMichigan’s only fellowship trained trauma surgeon.

A native of Michigan, Dr. Willson joined OrthoMichigan in 2008. She completed an internship and orthopedic residency at University of Chicago, and a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction and hip and knee replacement at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, California.

Dr. Satyajit V. Marawar is an accomplished spine surgeon with over 14 years of specialized experience in the field. Dr. Marawar has been instrumental in advancing spinal surgery techniques, particularly in minimally invasive procedures, adult spinal deformity surgery, and image-guided surgeries.

Dr. Hossein Tabrizi grew up in Mid Michigan and is a Fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in anterior hip replacements and total knee replacements. Dr. Tabrizi has a special interest in treating traumatic hip fractures and helping patients regain mobility through joint replacement surgery.
